Santriena isn't your normal conjoined triplets in that they are actually a fusion of three separate women that willingly fused together into a single body. Nobody seems to know if they retained their own consciousness or whether they have merged their minds as one entity.

Heck, for all we know, she/they could flip-flopping the condition around for her/their on wily means.

Can't say I've seen a 'Triple-Header' before, but you've pulled off this look pretty well!! Their faces and hair are cute, and you've drawn 'them' in a cute pose.

Thanks for the compliments! I stopped drawing for quite an extended period before picking up the pencil again, It's really all about practising in the long run
